100 Woodland Ln 46032
Woodland Country Club in Carmel, Indiana was the first private country club in Hamilton County. Golf course architect Bill Diddel purchased the land in 1928 and designed the original course, which opened to the public in 1951 before becoming a private club in 1955 after signing 300 charter members. The 18-hole championship course, featuring bent grass fairways and greens, was later renovated by golf course architect Pete Dye. In addition to golf, the club offers a swimming pool, two tennis courts, two bocce ball courts, a fitness facility, and dining and event spaces including a Grand Ballroom that can accommodate up to 200 guests.
