Sahm Golf Course, originally named North Eastway, was designed in 1963 by Pete and Alice Dye, one of Pete Dye's earliest projects following his work at El Dorado and the University of Michigan course. Located on the northeast side of Indianapolis near I-465 and Allisonville Road, it offers a tree-lined, 18-hole, par-70 layout with large, well-manicured greens that demand solid putting and chipping skills. The facility includes a driving range, hosts outings and leagues, and has a snack bar serving food, beverages, and a small selection of beers in season. Tom Cooprider has overseen the course for more than thirty years.
